Somatic Sexual Healing

Heal Sexual Trauma, Restore Pleasure and Reconnect to Your Body

Richard Morrow Yoni Art

Your body is not broken. It adapted.

Somatic sexual healing restores the body’s capacity to feel, trust, and open again – by working directly with sensation, the nervous system, and embodied awareness.

Trauma, conditioning, and life experiences shape how we experience intimacy, pleasure, and connection. When those patterns are held in the body, they cannot be resolved through thinking alone.

When the body feels safe enough, autonomous and resourced – it naturally reorganizes:

Sensation returns

Pleasure becomes accessible

Intimacy deepens

The body begins to trust again

This is where healing moves beyond understanding — and becomes embodied.

What Is Somatic Sexual Healing?

Somatic sexual healing is a trauma-informed, body-based approach that works directly with sensation, breath, touch, and awareness to restore the body’s natural capacity for pleasure and connection.

Rather than focusing only on the mind, this work recognizes that trauma lives in the body—and must be resolved through direct embodied experience.
