Healing Intimacy Patterns & Reclaiming Your Aliveness

Self-Paced Somatic Healing Education

For All Genders Seeking Greater Embodied Pleasure

Restore sensation, release old imprints, and awaken embodied pleasure through whole-body mapping.
Trauma-aware, empowering, and accessible to all.

Your Body Was Built for Pleasure. It’s Time to Reclaim It.

If you’ve felt desensitized, disconnected, disinterested, or unable to access the pleasure you know is possible…

You are not broken.
You are not behind.
You are not alone.
Your body simply learned to protect you.

Reclaiming Your Pleasure shows you how to awaken sensation, release old patterns, and remember the embodied aliveness that’s always been yours.

Pleasure Isn’t a Skill - It’s a Birthright. Reclaiming It Is Powerful.

When the body has endured:

  • Old boundaries crossed
  • Chronic stress
  • Shame conditioning
  • Emotional suppression
  • Disconnection from the pelvis

Pleasure shuts down not because something is wrong – but because your body is protecting you.

This course shows you how to:

  • Re-open the pathways of sensation
  • Repair childhood ruptures involving touch
  • Rebuild safety inside your own body
  • Ignite responsive, empowered pleasure
  • Reclaim your embodied sovereignty

This is awakening work.
It is reclamation work.
It is the return of your embodied aliveness.

Hi, I'm Rahi.

Certified Somatic Educator &
Relational Intimacy Specialist

For over a decade, I’ve witnessed a truth that changes everything: the obstacles to pleasure aren’t about what you don’t know—they’re about what your body learned long before you had words.

Through hundreds of private sessions, I’ve seen how our earliest experiences with touch and connection become our adult patterns. When needs weren’t consistently met, when bodies were shamed, when emerging sexuality was met with silence or harm—these moments live on as chronic tension, numbness, or the inability to voice desires or receive love.  These aren’t failures. They’re your body’s brilliant protection. And they can be healed.

My approach works directly with what talk therapy often can’t reach: the memories held in your tissues, your breath, your nervous system’s belief about whether pleasure is safe. I developed The Six Adult Intimacy Engagements—a framework showing how unmet childhood needs appear in adult intimacy, and how to repair them through the body.

But this work can’t remain in private sessions alone.  Reclaiming Your Pleasure is the comprehensive somatic journey that addresses everything from nervous system safety to genital awakening, from finding your voice to receiving deeply. This isn’t about techniques or performance—it’s about repairing your relationship with your own body through practices that release old patterns and restore what was interrupted – whether healing from past harm, deepening partnership intimacy, or simply ready to remember what your body has always known.

Your pleasure isn’t lost. It’s been waiting for the conditions that make it safe to return.

FrequeNtly Asked QuestioNs

How is this course different from other pleasure courses?

Most sexuality education focuses on technique, performance, or anatomy as information. Reclaiming Your Pleasure approaches embodiment as a developmental repair process. We work with the actual somatic imprints formed in infancy and childhood—the moments when your nervous system learned whether intimacy was safe, whether your needs mattered, and whether your body was worthy of pleasure.

This course is built on the Six Adult Intimacy Engagements—a framework I developed in collaboration with Dr. Aline LaPierre (co-author of Healing Developmental Trauma and creator of NeuroAffective Touch). Rather than teaching you what to do, we guide your body through a sequence of Yielding, Attuning, Voicing, Receiving, Satiating, and Releasing—allowing your nervous system to complete what was interrupted early in life and to reclaim the pleasure that’s always been your birthright.

This isn’t about learning new moves. It’s about repairing the ruptures that prevent you from feeling safe enough to fully inhabit your erotic aliveness.

Who is this course for?

This journey is for anyone who senses that their relationship with pleasure, intimacy, or their own body could be more alive, more easeful, more true.

You might be here because:

  • You struggle to feel sensation during intimacy, or find yourself numb or dissociated
  • You have difficulty voicing your desires or setting boundaries without guilt
  • You experience pleasure up to a certain threshold, then shut down or feel anxious
  • You carry shame, judgment, or disconnection from your genitals or sexuality
  • You’ve experienced developmental or sexual trauma and are ready for somatic repair
  • You want to deepen intimacy with a partner but don’t know how to ask for what you truly want
  • You’re simply curious about what sovereign, embodied pleasure actually feels like

Whether you’re exploring solo or with a partner, this course meets you exactly where you are—with reverence, without pressure, and at your own pace.

I have a history of trauma. Is this course safe for me?

Yes—and I want to be clear that this course is not a replacement for therapy.

Everything here is designed through a trauma-informed lens, grounded in Polyvagal Theory and the understanding that healing happens when the nervous system feels safe. We begin by establishing yielding and down-regulation before ever moving into touch or activation. Every practice emphasizes your voice, your choice, your timing.

That said, somatic work can bring forward unprocessed emotions or memories. I strongly encourage you to have a support structure in place—whether that’s a trauma-informed therapist, a Somatic Experiencing practitioner, or trusted friends who can hold space for your process.

The course includes guidance on recognizing when to pause, when to seek support, and how to resource yourself throughout. You’re invited to take only what feels grounded for your system—and to honor the wisdom of your body’s boundaries at every step.

Do I need a partner to take this course?

Not at all. In fact, many of the most profound shifts happen through solo practice.

The entire course can be completed on your own, using self-touch, guided somatic contemplations, and reflective inquiry. The videos include both partnered and solo demonstrations.  Solo exploration allows you to attune to your body’s desires without the added variable of another nervous system—and often reveals patterns that wouldn’t be visible in partnered intimacy.

That said, if you do have a partner, the practices are designed to include them. We offer guidance on one-way touch, consent practices, and co-regulation rituals—all of which can deepen trust, communication, and erotic aliveness between you.

Whether solo or partnered, the goal is the same: to restore your body’s sovereignty and reclaim pleasure as your birthright.

What will I actually do in this course?

This is an experiential, embodied journey—not a lecture series. Each module includes:

  • Somatic contemplations (guided meditations that help you attune to sensation, emotion, and desire)
  • Educational videos that ground the practices in developmental psychology, Polyvagal Theory, and somatic wisdom
  • Demo Videos of Hands-On Practices such as full-body erogenous mapping, genital mapping, and exercises in voicing, receiving, and satiation
  • Pleasure Inquiries (reflective writing prompts to integrate your experiences)

You’ll learn to down-regulate your nervous system, to voice your body’s authentic desires, and to receive touch to the point of satiation—so that old patterns of guarding, numbing, or performing can finally release.

This isn’t intellectual learning. It’s somatic reconditioning—and it changes everything.

What's included in my enrollment?

When you enroll in Reclaiming Your Pleasure, you receive:

This is not a passive course. It’s a sacred container for transformation.

Why is pelvic mapping so important?

Because you can’t voice what your body wants if you don’t yet know what sensations are possible.

Genital mapping is a process of education, not performance. We systematically explore each erogenous area—learning what kinds of touch awaken pleasure, what creates numbness, and what your body has been longing to feel but never had permission to ask for.

This isn’t about achieving orgasm or reaching a goal. It’s about building a vocabulary of sensation—so that when you’re with yourself or a partner, you can advocate for your genitals with specificity, confidence, and reverence.

Many people discover that areas they thought were “broken” or “unresponsive” simply needed slower touch, more safety, or permission to feel. When the nervous system yields and the body knows it’s in charge, erotic aliveness awakens naturally.

How is this course structured to create lasting change?

The sequence of the course mirrors the body’s natural developmental blueprint for intimacy and connection.

Module 1: Yielding — We begin by down-regulating the nervous system, so your body knows it’s safe to feel, to soften, to be held. Without this foundation, nothing else can root.

Module 2: Attuning, Voicing & Receiving — From yielding, the body learns to listen for its desires, to speak them clearly, and to receive exactly what it asks for—to the point of satiation. This is where old patterns of “not enough” or “too much” begin to dissolve.

Module 3: Genital Mapping & Integration — With safety and voice established, we explore the full erotic landscape of the genitals—not to perform, but to reclaim relationship with this sacred part of the body.

Each stage completes an interrupted developmental movement—repairing what was left unmet in infancy and childhood. This is why the shifts are so profound and lasting. We’re not adding techniques on top of old wounds. We’re healing the wounds themselves.
