From Birth to Body Intelligence
Rahi’s journey into healing began at birth. Born with severely crooked legs, his mother—intuitively rejecting surgery—massaged his infant limbs nightly until they grew straight by age three. This foundational experience of healing through touch shaped his lifelong path. As a child, he massaged his parents after work, naturally attuning to the energy of the body and the language of conscious touch.
Somatic Healing, Sexual Energy, and the Body
Rahi’s formal study began in 1991 with The Body Electric School, training in breath, movement, sound, and touch to awaken sexual energy as a tool for healing. In 1993, he began studying Taoist energy cultivation with Master Mantak Chia, diving into the core principle that sexual and spiritual energy are expressions of the same life force. Concurrently, working professionally as a theater and film actor, Rahi experienced how specific embodiment states lead to greater access to various emotional and psychological characteristics and catharsis.
From 2001 onward, Rahi immersed himself in transformational training with Margot Anand’s Love & Ecstasy training, Tantrika International, and became a certified Daka through Dr. Corynna Clark’s Daka/Dakini School. He continued his studies in India at Osho’s Advanced Therapy Training, learning Pulsation Therapy based on the work of Wilhelm Reich.
Rahi furthered his trauma-informed expertise with:
- TRE® (Trauma Release Exercises) with Dr. David Berceli & Nkem Ndefo
- NeuroAffective Touch™ with Dr. Aline LaPierre
- De-Armouring Arts Training with Susanne Roursgaard & De’an Matuka (Europe)
- STREAM Postpartum Care with Dr. Ellen Heed & Kimberly Anne Johnson (Los Angeles)
- Chi Nei Tsang & Karsai Nei Tsang with Master Mantak Chia, Khun Ni & “Coocky” Tassanee Boonsom (Thailand)
He is a California state-certified Somatic Sex Educator via the Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality.
Developmental Psychology and the Mind
In 2003, Rahi experienced a deep reset at the Osho Meditation Center in Pune, India, participating in the Primal De-Conditioning process. This catalyzed his exploration into developmental trauma and mind-body healing.
From 2004–2006, he earned a Master of Arts in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica, blending transpersonal inquiry with therapeutic embodiment. He later served as adjunct faculty for seven years. His training includes:
- Advanced Osho Therapy (Pulsation, Primal De-Conditioning, Family Constellations, and Osho Counseling) in India.
- Family Constellations intensives with Svagito Liebermeister in Spain and Bert Hellinger in Austria.
- Life Coach Certification (The Garden Company)
- Faster EFT for Sexual Trauma (integrating NLP, EFT, hypnosis, and neuroplasticity tools)
His particular interest and fascination involves how our past ruptures, remembered by the body from vulnerable developmental experiences, can be repaired through intentional touch, pleasure, and satiation experiences through »The Six Adult Intimacy Engagements.TM«
Meditation, Yoga and Spirit
Rahi’s spiritual journey includes early Zen and Vipassana meditation in Japan and Thailand. In 2004, he committed to Osho’s path, receiving the name Dhyan Rahi — “Meditation Traveler.”
In 2009, he became a certified KRI Kundalini Yoga & Meditation instructor through Yoga West, and since 2015, has invited the guidance and wisdom of plant medicines to inform his life.
Global Influence & Sacred Pilgrimage
Rahi has traveled extensively — trekking the Himalayas, visiting sacred sites in India, Tibet, Nepal, South Korea, Brazil, and Peru, and receiving blessings from H.H. the Dalai Lama, H.H. the Karmapa, indigenous shamans, and the Sikh Gurus. These global and transpersonal encounters have shaped a path of reverence, integration, and embodied awakening.
“Your body remembers. It knows how to heal, how to love, and how to be whole.”
