By accessing or purchasing any program, course, or service from Rahi Chun LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Educational Purpose Only
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice. Participation does not create a therapist–client, medical, or professional relationship.
2. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
Somatic and embodiment practices may evoke physical, emotional, or psychological responses. By participating, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your well-being, choices, and outcomes.
3. Digital Products & Access
All products are delivered digitally. Access is granted immediately upon purchase. No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated.
4. License & Intellectual Property
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own use only.
You may not share login credentials, reproduce, distribute, copy, or resell any content.
5. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 15% of the course content has been accessed. Access metrics are determined by our platform records. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of excessive use or policy abuse. Access is revoked upon refund.
7. Community Conduct
We reserve the right to remove participants from programs or communities for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
8. Chargebacks
You agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rahi Chun LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
