Genital Breathing Meditation

A FREE GUIDED SOMATIC MEDITATION

Bring conscious breath and awareness to the region most healing modalities never address — your genitals. Not as a sexual act. As an act of recognition.

16 Minutes to Embodied Presence

Most healing modalities — therapy, yoga, breathwork, even bodywork — stop short of one region of the body. Not out of oversight. Out of conditioning.

This 16-minute practice goes there.

Not as a sexual act. As an act of attention. Of breath. Of recognition.
Whether your relationship with your body is one of deep pleasure and aliveness, or one that still holds places of quiet distance — this practice meets you exactly where you are. It asks nothing of you but your breath and your presence.

This is what somatic genital awareness actually feels like — not as a concept, but as a direct, embodied experience.

What You'll Experience

Every body arrives differently — and whatever you experience is information. There is no wrong response.

  • Some feel a subtle warmth or aliveness spreading through the pelvis
  • Some feel the breath moving into places that have felt held or frozen
  • Some feel nothing at first — and find that sitting with that, without judgment, is itself a kind of arrival
  • All have a direct experience of what somatic genital awareness actually feels like — in your body, not in your head
  • And all of it is valid. All of it is the practice.

This is not a practice that promises sensation. It’s a practice that invites attention — and attention, over time, is how the body begins to remember.

This practice is for you if:

  • You are sexually alive and curious what becomes possible when you bring even more conscious breath and awareness into the body’s most sensitive landscape
  • You sense there is a depth of sensation or aliveness still waiting to be explored — not because something is wrong, but because you are genuinely curious
  • You feel some disconnection from your body during intimacy, and want a gentle, private starting place
  • You’ve never done somatic work before and want to know what it actually feels like — in your body, not in theory
  • You already have a somatic or embodiment practice and want to bring that same quality of attention to your genitals

Whatever draws you here — the body receives attention the same way. With gratitude. With response.

For over a decade I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals, guiding them back to responsiveness and aliveness through the specific practice of genital de-armoring and somatic sexual healing. This meditation distills the first thing I invite every client to experience: their own body, without agenda, without performance — just breath and presence.

“The body doesn’t lie. It simply waits until you’re ready to listen.”
